HAL Management Academy (HMA) is a wing of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Bengaluru  for development of Human Resources in the Aerospace ecosystem. HMA is in the field of training fresh graduates, middle level officers and senior executives to take up challenging and leadership positions in various domains of the aviation field. Utilizing HAL’s knowledge pool and faculty with industry experience, HMA has emerged as a Centre for Aerospace Technology and Management. 

HMA has developed Post Graduate Diploma programs approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) to cater to the needs of the growing aviation ecosystem. The Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Aviation Management is a 24 month, full-time residential Program approved by AICTE. The Program is conducted at world class HMA Campus at Doddanekkundi, Bengaluru, Karnataka. The course includes extensive factory visits, internships, interaction with Professionals in the industry and project works guided by faculty and Industry Professionals.
