     As you all know that Shri Narendra Modi, Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, would be visiting Jakarta on the 07th of September 2023, in connection with ASEAN Summit meeting. The Embassy of India, Jakarta, would be organizing a community gathering for welcoming of the Hon’ble Prime Minister on his arrival at Soekarno Hatta International Airport (Early morning : 05.00 Hrs.) as well at the Hotel (Morning 05.30 Hrs.).

2.  Members of Indian community, interested to join the welcome gathering, are requested to register themselves through the registration link below :-

     The link will be closed after September 01, 2023 (23.00 Hrs.).

3.  The registration will be limited and available on first come first serve basis.On submission of the registration form you will get automated response.No separate invitation/confirmation will be sent.

4.  You will be required to bring copy of the automated response and your photo ID during the community welcome. You will also be subject to frisking by the security agencies.
